La Maison du Savon de Marseille is a leading manufacturer, exporter, and supplier for bath and daily well-being natural products with the coverage of authorized distributors around the globe. Their products are made from noble and organic raw materials. They are paraben-free, sulphate free and animal fat-free. Our products are made from 100 % vegetable oils, no colouring, no perfumes, and no synthetic products are added what so ever.
Prism was asked to help design and develop an e-commerce website along with a mobile app for a massive launch in Dubai. Their requirements were a complete branding, development as well as social media services package. They wanted us to create an e-commerce site that was responsive to smartphones and tablets as well as a mobile app in two languages namely English and Arabic. They also wanted us to help them with our professional photography services by doing a product shoot for them. Apart from this, their requirement was for complete social media management and marketing service.

At Prism, we first started by brainstorming and conducting extensive research about the company, their product offerings, their competitors, their audiences, etc.
Our primary strategy stemmed from their approach to having a massive launch in Dubai. They had broad ambitions, diverse offerings, and the desire to bring their brand into a more cohesive, modern light and that opened gates for ideas to flow in for us. Our main objectives were to synchronize the content across all platforms namely their website, mobile app as well as social media platforms. Our approach was to consolidate everything, apply a similar brand experience to every aspect of the site and the app but also allowing the promotional elements and differences to shine through. This took design expertise and the ability to see where things fit and do not fit. Our team website design and development team brainstormed and came up with the best designs possible. As it was an e-commerce website our main focus was readability, easy to understand, engaging and clear call to actions. Our team of multilingual content writers worked hand in hand with our SEO professional to develop content (English +Arabic) that is SEO friendly to help La Maison rank higher on search engines. The site in itself was not small as they had an enormous list of product offerings. All the images displayed on the site are clicked in-house by Prism’s professional product photography team, optimized for SEO and put on the website and mobile app.
We also helped La Maison build a consistent and engaging social media presence. Our social media content writing team developed monthly content calendars in English, Arabic as well as in French. To attract users we focused on keeping our social media game strong by putting up educational and catchy posts that help users interact with the brand. As it was their first major launch in Dubai, we run social media ads on Facebook and Instagram to make the brand known in Dubai. Our social media team came up with campaigns such as the #winforfree and #introductorydiscount that caused a spike in their sales as well as store visits.
